The Lady Vols came closer than any Tennessee team had come before. And they loaded the bases twice in the third and final game. But they just couldn't bring anyone home. Wildcat pitcher Taryne Mowatt never lost her composure. If anything, she got more devastating the longer the game went on and the more difficult a fix she was in.. The Wildcats broke it open in the fifth inning with five runs, took their eighth title.
