The Surfer Cometh!

Marvel Comics's first Fantastic Four movie was big disappointment due to a weak plot.  But the casting and special effects were great.  A sequel is due out in 2007.  It includes one of my favorite comic book characters: the Silver Surfer.  The surfer was the sidekick of an immensely powerful being called Galactus.  The latter made his living devouring whole worlds.  The surfer saved his own, far off planet, by agreeing to become the servant of Galactus.  That is how the Surfer got his own considerable powers (flight, energy beams, etc).  The Surfer betrays Galactus when his master attempts to devour the Earth, with terrible results for himself.  Okay, so I'm seven years old again.  But I am looking forward to this one.
