Todd Epp states he opposed the war in Iraq from its inception, but is glad that Saddam Hussein, a "murderous butcher," who finally gotten justice. Here's a question for Todd: Absent the invasion, how exactly was Hussein going to be brought to justice? A decade of sanctions had proved worthless; indeed nations such as Russia, France, and China wanted to remove sanctions and deal with Hussein as just another national leader. Was not an invasion the only way to stop the Stalinst regime of Saddam Hussein? By opposing the invasion, are you not saying Iraq was better under a murderous butcher than it is now? I suspect you disagree, so tell me how I am wrong.
By the way, Todd, when I first saw the NFL officials today, I thought that maybe the crew had lost its uniforms and were wearing sweat pants. I guess I was wrong. Fashion disaster right there on national television.
