Not Even Informed Consent

The US Appeals Court has upheld an injunction against South Dakota's informed consent law regarding abortion.  This law was challenged by Planned Parenthood.  Don't let the "No on 6" crowd fool you.  It isn't just the exceptions for rape and incest they worry about.  Anything that limits abortion in the least, including simply providing information to women, must be attacked in full.  Planned Parenthood will do everything it can, including fighting informed consent laws, waiting periods, and parental notification laws, to make sure there are as many abortion as possible.
