The Argus Leader notes the many attempts to build the economy and quality of life in Aberdeen. The article centers around the proposed beef processing plant. One thing they neglect to mention in this piece is the excellent new YMCA/Fitness Center. Prof. Blanchard praised the facility here. I can also confirm that the Target in Aberdeen is expanding. They are, in my terminology, expanding from a "small" Target to a "regular" Target, which I understand is a difference of about 25,000 square feet.
