Electronic Duck Stamp

You will soon be able to purchase your federal Duck Stamp online, thanks to legislation passed by Congress yesterday.  I note that Stephanie Herseth was not present for the vote, although neither were 70 of her colleagues.  From what I can find it appears this legislation passed the Senate in December by unanimous consent.  Kathryn Jean Lopez at NRO seems to note the passage of this legislation with some irony, as if this were a bit of legislative silliness.  I suggest she get out of Manhattan more often.
