I noticed on television this morning that the purple finger clearly indicates who has voted in Iraq and who hasn't. Talk about fingering those who voted! This would make it easy for terrorists to exact revenge, but Iraqis seem to wear it as a badge of honor. See Instapundit for pictures like this:
