Looking at the pictures Prof. Blanchard has posted of the long voting lines in Iraq, one wonders whether the long lines will discourage some from voting, thus disenfranchising the marginalized. Or marginalizing the disenfranchised? Whatever Jesse Jackson would say right now. NO MORE OHIOS!!
