Today's edition of the New York Times contains a story headlined "South Dakota Is Dealt a Setback After Hanging Hopes on a Science Project." It's interesting that Tom Daschle isn't mentioned or quoted at all in this article, even though he was involved in this political fight long before Governor Rounds.
